New Collections from Timeless Treasures

We just love these two new collections from Timeless Treasures. Brite and Fun, includes this very cute and colourful bird print, a fabulous retro floral, together with a co-ordinating leaf stripe; and Woodland Picnic, an adorable woodland themed collection featuring foxes, hedgehogs and a co-ordinating stripe too!

Mini Winter Wonderland

Inspired by all the beautiful terrariums that I have seen on Pinterest I thought it would fun to let the children have a go at making their own Christmas themed ones. 

To create our snowy scene we filled a couple of Ikea storage jars with a mixture of granulated sugar and glitter. For the trees we used a few sprigs off the Christmas tree, some cuttings from the herb garden, and then sprayed these with some fake snow. Finally, the kids added a few of their toy animals to set the scene.
